Dr. Pamela Todd
Chief Executive Officer and founding partner of Ray of Hope Adoptions Services, Inc, Dr. Pamela Todd has over 25 years of experience in case management, counseling, training, and consulting in the field of social work. She has progressed through the ranks as a case manager, assistant director, and executive director. Prior to this, Dr. Pamela Todd was a substance abuse counselor and domestic violence case manager who also worked on various disadvantaged youths cases. Among her other qualifications is her certification as a CPR/First AID AED Instructor, IMPACT Pre-service training facilitator, Crisis Prevention Intervention facilitator, and a surrogate parent during IEP consultations. Dr. Pamela Todd earned a PhD in Social Work Administration.
Dr. Curtis Todd
Dr. Curtis Todd, a founding partner, is the Chief Operating Officer. He has several years of social services experience, including IMPACT Pre-service facilitation, foster care and adoption home assessments, CCFAs, Certified SafeCare Home Visitor and facilitator/coach, Family Team Conference facilitator, and Certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor. Dr. Curtis Todd’s primary clientele included the Department of Family and Children’s Services (various local county offices) and private foster care and adoption agencies in metropolitan Atlanta and rural areas of Georgia. Dr. Todd earned an Education Doctorate (EdD) in Organizational Leadership and Development.
